DIY instrument

This DIY sampler features five ISD1820 voice recording and playback chips, each equipped with its own independent volume control.

The inclusion of individual volume controls provides flexibility for blending and layering sounds, offering a hands-on approach to audio manipulation. While the build reflects a beginner's experimentation with circuit design, it highlights the creative potential of basic electronic components in crafting functional and expressive sound device

Film Score

This is an original orchestral score I composed for Guillermo del Toro's Pan's Labyrinth. I aimed to capture the film's haunting beauty by blending dark, atmospheric textures with emotional, melodic themes. The music reflects the story's mix of fantasy and harsh reality, using traditional orchestral elements to bring out its depth and visual richness.

Sound Design

The final exam in my Sound Design class, I chose this film as no one else was doing a stop motion film so I took it as a challenge. Being stop motion the sounds used were a lot more cartoonish and creative, so I had to be as well. At closer viewing I realized there were a lot more meticulous sounds and intricacy. I had to think outside the box such as layering sounds of coat hangers and keys.

360 Video Editing

A video assignment in which I had two stitch together a 360 video with seamless edits and include the use of ambisonics for 360 sound in order to offer the full 360 experience. The instruments were placed accordingly so that there is a greater focus on the instrument the camera is facing. To give  the experience of actually being in the room.
